Wine enthusiasts since forever, it was in 2010 that our great adventure began !
After two years of training and the search for the ideal place to set up, in 2012 we fell under the spell of a derelict agricultural estate near Pézenas.
So we settled in Tourbes and began the complete renovation of the estate.
Over the years, we have acquired vines and equipment. In 2020, it's the big year for our first vintage and the birth of Domaine de l'Envolée !
Domaine de l'Envolée covers 14 hectares, including 6 hectares of vines, where we passionately produce white, red and rosé wines to accompany your meals with family and friends.
It's also a great human and family adventure, since we've also happily created our little family: Anna, Alban, Robin and Margot, who accompany us every day in this wonderful adventure!
Not forgetting all the animals on the estate: chickens, donkeys, peacocks, dogs, cats and quail.
Alongside our winegrowing activities, we launched the construction of 4 vast lodges on the estate, complete with a superb swimming pool with panoramic views over the vines.
We welcomed our first guests in 2021.
Staying at the Domaine de l'Envolée is a unique opportunity to experience life at the pace of a wine estate and to talk to passionate winegrowers.
The Domaine's location is ideal for discovering the region and taking part in a wide range of activities : Pézenas, Sète, Montpellier, the Canal du Midi, the beach, the Salagou Lake, the Hérault Gorges... There's something for everyone !
