Situated in the Hérault department, between Béziers and Pézenas, the Côtes de Thongue take their name from the small river that irrigates their territory.
Set against the Cévennes mountains, the terroir slopes down to the Mediterranean in a succession of gravelly marl, clay and pebble terraces.

An atypical blend of Merlot, Syrah and Marselan that brings freshness, lovely fruit and silky tannins. A wine out of the ordinary, an original !
A blend of Syrah (70%) and Merlot (30%). The aromatic bouquet is fresh and reminiscent of the nearby garrigue.
The bold combination of Merlot and Syrah, two grape varieties with different origins, produces an expressive, complex wine (burlat cherry, zen, plum, peony and cinnamon).

Situated in the heart of the Côtes de Thongue Protected Geographical Indication vineyard, the vineyard covers 6 hectares.
Committed to producing a quality wine that respects the environment, the vineyard has been converted to Organic Farming since 2020.
The 2023 vintage will be officially certified organic.
The estate's vines are grassed every other row to encourage the soil's microbial life
and improve its structure.
Every year, we replant hedges and trees to encourage biodiversity.
Our vineyard currently comprises 8 grape varieties, most of which are Mediterranean.
This mix of grape varieties allows us to make wines with character, using traditional methods : harvesting at optimum maturity, de-stemming, temperature-controlled maceration, vinification by grape variety and blending at the end of fermentation.
