Hand-picked, whole bunches vatted. Carbonic maceration for a few days to extract the grapes
with great finesse. >Aged for 18 months.
This cuvée has a splendid dark colour with purple highlights. The bold combination of Merlot and Syrah, two grape varieties with different origins, produces a wine that is expressive and complex in flavour (burlat cherry, zan, plum, peony and cinnamon). On the palate, the combination of elegance and freshness with powdery tannins awakens the taste buds on the finish.
